Liana Sucar-Hamel was named head of communications at Airbus Latin America and the Caribbean in 2017 and is responsible for all communications activities that promote and protect the Airbus brand and reputation in the region. She leads an international communications team who support the Company’s commercial aircraft, helicopters and defence and space operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Miami. 

Thiago L. Fernandes is head of social & environment for Latin America at Bank of America (SVP). He is a member of the LatAm Executive Committee (ExCo), the LatAm ESG Committee, the LatAm ESG Risk & Regulatory Steering Group, the LatAm Cross LOB Sustainable Finance Working Group, the Brazil D&I Committee, among other related committees.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Martín Barrios leads the Bank of America Global Transactional Services team in Mexico, responsible for the Financial Institutions, Global Multinationals, Large Local Corporates and Commercial Banking clients. He is a well known and recognized as subject matter expert in Connectivity, Payment Systems, and Advisor for sophisticated Treasuries managing In-House-Bank, Shared Service Centers and Payment Factories across Latin America.

Galia Borja holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM, for its acronym in Spanish) as well as two master’s degrees, one in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from The State University of New York (SUNY), and the other in Economics and Public Policy from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she graduated with honors, having obtained the highest GPA in her class. 

Carlos Díaz de la Garza is the country manager for Mexico and the Commercial Head for North LatAm focused on building new relationships and promoting Moody’s Corporate and Social Responsibility Initiatives. Prior to joining Moody’s, he worked for Scotiabank as managing director for corporate banking and head of global loan syndications for Mexico. He has vast experience in project finance, M&A, syndications and structured finance. Earlier in his career, he worked for BankBoston and for the National Bank of Public Works and Services.

Narciso Campos is part of the Global Capital Markets Practice. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions on complex regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience in banking financings, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions transactions.

He was born in Panama on January 30, 1953. He studied secondary school at Colegio La Salle in Nicaragua.. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Norwich in the United States. He has a PhD in International Trade and Marketing, from the University of Texas.
