Antonio H. Pinheiro Silveira is the vice president of Private Sector, at CAF-Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr Silveira holds a PhD in Economics which he obtained from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He formerly held positions as the deputy chief of Economic Advice of the Ministry of Planning, secretary of economic monitoring of the Ministry of Finance and Minister of the Secretariat of Ports to the Government of Brazil.

Antonio Peña, co-chair of the Latin America Practice and shareholder at Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office, leads the firm’s international associate program and has broad experience in the United States, Latin America, and Spain, representing strategic investors and private equity funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, SPAC deals, and other corporate matters.

Anabel Pérez is a Latina entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry who is revolutionizing how payments are sent and received across the globe. In 2007, she co-founded NovoPayment and has since grown it to be one of the leading Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform providers on the market. 

Luis Abinader is a Dominican economist, businessman, and politician who has served as President of the Dominican Republic since August 16, 2020. Abinader has combined his experience in the private sector with public service. Before entering politics, he played a key role in the development of the tourism and infrastructure sectors through Grupo Abicor, a family-owned company that has driven significant projects in the country.

A former Canadian diplomat, Colin Robertson is Senior Advisor and Fellow at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute and hosts its regular Global Exchange podcast.  He is an Executive Fellow at the University of Calgary's School of Public Policy and a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
