Gracio Matheus graduated with an MBA in corporate finance and has 25 years of experience in finance with a focus on business support and the implementations of ERP systems and shared services centers. He has lived in four countries besides Brazil.

The U.S. Senate confirmed Linda S. Taglialatela, a career member of the Senior Executive Service, as Ambassador to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean on December 9, 2015. Since 2002, Ms. Taglialatela served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of Human Resources overseeing the Department of State’s Civil Service human resources management program, including policy and program development, implementation, accountability, and legal and regulatory compliance.

Ambassador N. Nickolas Perry was confirmed by the U.S. Senate to be the Ambassador to Jamaica on March 10, 2022.  He is the first person born in Jamaica to hold this position.

President Joe Biden nominated Candace Bond as U.S. Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago on March 18, 2022.  The United States Senate confirmed her appointment on September 29, and Vice President Kamala Harris administered the oath of office on November 14 at the Vice President’s residence in Washington, D.C.
