Francisco Aldaya is a seasoned Argentine journalist with more than a decade of experience, specializing in news coverage across Argentina, Colombia, Perú, Chile, Bolivia, and Uruguay. Educated in the United Kingdom, where he attended ACS Cobham International School and the University of Exeter, Francisco is fluent in English and Spanish and has also learnt Portuguese. At Bloomberg Línea, he began his career as a Senior Editor, having launched the publication in Argentina in 2021, and has taken on new markets since then, as Panregional Bureau Chief.

Born in Buenos Aires in 1969, Gaston Bottazzini was named CEO of Falabella SA in June 2018, where he led a strategy to transform the company into the region’s leading digital ecosystem. Currently, Falabella serves more than 37 million clients through 510 physical stores and malls, in addition to its e-commerce platform and portfolio of financial services. Some of the highlights of his tenure at Falabella are the acquisition of Linio, the launch of its marketplace Falabella.com, and the creation of FPay, the company’s digital wallet and payment processing platform.

Enrique Bolaños is the president of INCAE Business School, a position he has held since 2015. He has led significant initiatives with the institute's impact centers, focused on social progress, entrepreneurship, and inclusive leadership, among others.

Nicolás Kaplun is the chief business officer in Latin America + at Globant, overseeing all aspects of the Latin America operation and certain portfolios in the United States, including business development strategy, team building and management, and overall client relationship. Eduardo della Maggiora is a Chilean engineer, triathlete, and entrepreneur.

 Mr. della Maggiora is the founder and CEO of Betterfly, a leading technology company in the insurtech space, which became the first social unicorn in Latin America in 2022. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, YPO member and Board Member of Teletón, a nonprofit organization in Chile working with children with developmental disabilities and their families.
