Rogelio Ramírez de la O has been Mexico's minister of finance and public credit since 2021. He has served as counsel and advisor to numerous Mexican and foreign companies with investments in Mexico and has made a permanent evaluation of economic policy and its impact on the performance of growth, employment, and distribution. He served as an independent director of Consorcio Peña Verde and has been a director of Reaseguradora Patria, a company of the same Peña Verde group. He was an independent director of Grupo Modelo and international banks.
Cristina Guevara is a public policy programs associate at Americas Society/Council of the Americas, where she covers the Andean Region, the Women’s Hemispheric Network initiative, and her home country, Panama. Cristina has conducted extensive research on corruption, gender equality, public-private partnerships, and sustainable development across the Americas.

Yamaguchi Naotaka is Resident Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Guatemala.
Prior to joining JICA he served as a researcher at Global Environmental Forum in Japan and devoted in Project World Heritage. He covered all the UNESCO World Heritage sites in South America and India for conservation.
In JICA he worked at several departments in Tokyo headquarters. He has experiences as a resident official in Bolivia and Dominican Republic.
