He has more than 18 years of experience in project management in both the public and private sectors in areas such as supply chain, production, purchasing and operations. Currently, he serves as vice minister of mines in the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Ecuador.
Alejandro Hoyos Guerrero is a senior transport specialist in the World Bank's Transport and ICT Global Practice. He supports urban transport projects mainly in the Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Hoyos Guerrero is passionate about how to maximize the sustainability and impact of transport projects from various perspectives. He received an LL.M. and a BA in economics from Carlos III University of Madrid complemented by a MA in international business administration funded by ICEX.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Ramón Sosa Mirabal holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Catholic University Andrés Bello in Caracas. Throughout his career Mr. Sosa has attended different advanced management courses in the United States, the UK and Venezuela on marketing, strategic planning, external relations risk management and corporate responsibility.

Anteriormente, Estévez se desempeñó como Jefa de la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales del Ministerio de Energía de Chile, donde fue responsable de asesorar al Ministro de Energía y liderar el diseño y ejecución de las actividades internacionales de la cartera, entre las cuales se encuentran misiones comerciales y técnicas a Estados Unidos.

Since 2010, Gina has collaborated with recognized transnational companies, such as SIEMENS Singapore, The Nielsen Company in Mexico City, and Procter & Gamble in Latin America.
Mario Marcel is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile and M. Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, UK. In 2015 he became Board Member of the Central Bank of Chile. In 2016 he was appointed President of that institution, a position he held until the end of January 2022.
Prior to his appointment as Minister of Energy he served as Head of the Monitoring Unit of the Presidency of the Government of President Gabriel Boric Font. Previously, Pardow was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He was executive president of the Espacio Público study center between October 2019 and June 2021. His main area of research is the Economic Analysis of Law, especially in matters of institutional design, judicial reasoning, and economic and energy regulation.

Tiene experiencia en los ámbitos público, privado y antes de su nombramiento en Uber, era Gerente de Proyectos en McKinsey and Company, donde se especializó en transformaciones digitales y servicios financieros.
