Americas Society's Literature Department launched the new issue of Review, dedicated to emerging Latin American writers.

Americas Society will host a panel discussion with Alvaro Enrigue (Mexico), Valeria Luiselli (Mexico), and Edmundo Paz Soldán (Bolivia).

For the first night of its May symposium, Americas Society will host a conversation with Roberto Ampuero (Chile) and Marcio Veloz Maggiolo (Dominican Republic).

In conjunction with the show The Art of Friendship: Borges and Xul Solar, the King Juan Carlos Center will host an evening of poetry reading inspired by Xul Solar's San Signos.

Americas Society hosted a conversation and reading featuring Cuban-American poet Richard Blanco and acclaimed author and cultural critic Gustavo Pérez Firmat.

Americas Society members will tour Lehyt's studio, followed by a private reception.

In conjunction with Xul Solar and Jorge Luis Borges: The Art of Friendship, contributors to the exhibition’s catalogue will examine the creation of a cosmopolitan movement in Buenos Aires in the 1920s.
