During her career at IBM, she has served as CFO for Colombia, Chile, and South America Services, partnering with executive teams to drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

Martin de los Santos is CFO of Mercado Libre (Nasdaq: MELI), the leading e-commerce platform in Latin America. Prior to taking on the CFO role, Martin was responsible for developing Mercado Libre's lending business. Mercado Credito is a fintech operation that offers working capital loans to Mercado Libre sellers and consumer financing to the unbanked population in Latin America.

Pablo Mainardi is chief financial officer of Grupo Arcor, one of Latin America's leading food and consumer goods companies.

He has extensive executive experience in finance and general management across Argentina and Brazil, having previously held senior leadership positions at Arauco and Central Puerto.

Pablo is an industrial engineer from the Universidad Buenos Aires and holds a master's degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in finance from Universidad del CEMA.

On March 2, 2026, Federico Furiase was appointed secretary of finance at Argentina’s ministry of economy. He holds a master’s degree in Finance from UTDT and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Cum Laude) from UBA. He is the director of Anker Latin America. Previously, he served as a senior analyst at Estudio Bein & Asociados from 2008 to 2017 and as director of Eco Go Consultores from 2017 to 2021.

Florencia Lendoiro is an Argentine journalist specializing in economics and business and currently serves as Argentina Deputy Editor at Bloomberg Línea. With 30 years of experience, she has led teams and coverage at El Cronista, Ámbito Financiero, Clarín, and Perfil. She holds a degree in journalism from Universidad de Belgrano and has completed programs at the University of California, San Diego and the University of Oxford.

Luciano Laspina is an Argentine economist and Executive Director of CIPPEC. He served as a National Deputy from 2015 to 2025 and chaired the Budget and Finance Committee of Argentina’s Chamber of Deputies.
