José Medina Mora is President of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) (2026–2027). He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of CompuSoluciones, an information technology company with operations in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and the United States. He previously served as Vice President of the CCE. He was also National President of the Confederation of Mexican Employers (COPARMEX) from 2021 to 2024. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Jorge Arce became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HSBC Mexico in February 2020 and has been Chair of the Board of Directors since January 2022. He previously worked in Banco Santander México where he was Deputy General Director of Global Banking and Markets and before that he was the CEO of Deutsche Bank México. He has a BA in Finance and Economics from Pace University in New York.

Ada Ferrer is Dayton-Stockton Professor of History at Princeton University. From 1995 to 2024, she taught at New York University. She is the author, most recently, of Cuba: An American History, winner of a Pulitzer Prize and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize in history, and a finalist for the Cundill History Prize.

Juan Esteban Orduz is a seasoned global leader, board member, and executive with over two decades of experience across Latin America, the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Multilingual and multicultural, he served as President of the Colombian Coffee Federation, Inc. (New York)—the North American subsidiary of the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, the leading Colombian coffee strategy and positioning in North America and globally (2003–2023). Earlier, as Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Colombia in Washington, D.C.

Nelson Ferreira is a Senior Partner at McKinsey’s São Paulo office, where he has worked since 2000. He leads the Agribusiness practice in Latin America and is one of the firm’s global leaders in agriculture (including biofuels) and basic materials.
