Ángela María Orozco is a strategic leader with more than 30 years of high-impact experience in public administration, C-Suite corporate consulting, and board governance. She has a strong track record in negotiation, organizational transformation, and execution in highly complex environments, spanning key sectors such as foreign trade, infrastructure, transportation, energy, and sustainability. In the Colombian government, she served as Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure (2018-2022), leading the most ambitious public-private partnership (PPP) program in the country's history, as well as the restructuring of the sector's national agencies. Previously, she held the positions of Minister and Vice Minister of Foreign Trade, leading free trade agreement (FTA) negotiations and the country's strategic representation before multilateral organizations and global stakeholders. She also led Proexport (now ProColombia), transforming the nation's export promotion Capabilities.

Currently, as senior vice president of corporate affairs at Avianca, she leads the airline's relational, reputational, and sustainability strategy, combining her deep public-private experience with a global, results-oriented vision focused on the region's sustainable development.
