Arturo Marroquín is global director of technology and cybersecurity at Softtek, where he leads the company's internal technology strategy and security across its global operations. He started at Softtek in 2002 as a developer and worked his way up through infrastructure and support roles. Since then he has served as IT manager, global HelpDesk & IT innovation manager, and global IT director, and he took on cybersecurity leadership in 2025. Arturo holds a degree in computer science from Tec de Monterrey and a master’s degree in digital transformation from ESDEN Business School. He has also completed the D1 Executive Program at IPADE, digital transformation studies at MIT, and the Chief Technology Officer Executive Program at MIT Professional Education. He contributed to Líderes que Inspiran: Crónicas y Retos de Directores Tecnológicos, a book about the experiences of technology leaders.
