Gilberto Tomazoni

Gilberto Tomazoni has served as the chief executive officer of the issuer since October 2019. He was selected to this position by JBS S.A. Mr. Tomazoni has also been JBS S.A.’s Global Chief Executive Officer since December 2018. He has extensive experience in, and knowledge of, the food industry. He worked at Sadia for 27 years, where he started as a trainee and became Sadia’s chief executive officer.

Tatiana Prazeres

Tatiana Prazeres has been foreign trade secretary at Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services since January 2023. She held the same position between 2011 and 2013. With more than 20 years of experience in trade, Prazeres has worked in government, the private sector, international organizations, and academia in Brasilia, Sao Paulo, Geneva, and Beijing. She was a senior adviser to the World Trade Organization director-general between 2013-2018 and a senior fellow at the University of International Business and Economics between 2019 and 2021.

Fernando Haddad

Fernando Haddad is a lawyer, with a Master’s degree in economics and a doctorate in philosophy from the University of São Paulo (USP). He worked as an investment analyst and economic consultant at the Institute of Economic Research Foundation (Fipe). He served as deputy secretary of finance for the city of São Paulo under Mayor Marta Suplicy. He was special advisor for Planning in the first year of President Lula’s administration. In 2004, he became executive secretary of the Ministry of Education, later serving as minister from 2005 to 2012.

Sandra Pettovello

Sandra Pettovello is Argentina’s minister of human capital, a position she has held since December 10, 2023, under President Javier Milei. The newly established ministry consolidates the former portfolios of labor, education, culture, and social development. Pettovello is a journalist by training and holds degrees in Journalism (University of Belgrano), Family Sciences (Austral University), and completed postgraduate studies in family policies at the International University of Catalonia.

Mauro Vieira graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1973 from the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil, and graduated in 1974 from the Brazilian Diplomatic Academy – Rio Branco Institute. He also received an Honorary Doctorate of Letters (Humaniorum Litterarum Doctorem) in 2014 from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Manuela Adl is senior country manager at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), responsible for operations in Argentina and Paraguay. She took on the role on July 1, 2023, and operates from Buenos Aires. She joined IFC in 2015 as senior manager with the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), coordinating FIG’s global and regional activities and overseeing the Business Operations Support Unit.

Gala Díaz Langou has a Master's in Public Policy and Development Management (University of San Martín and Georgetown University) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies (Torcuato Di Tella University). Temel Oktem is Regional Industry Manager for Infrastructure & Natural Resources at IFC, covering Brazil, the Southern Cone, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. He oversees IFC’s industry strategy and engagement across infrastructure and resource sectors in these countries. He has held multiple senior-level roles at IFC, including Portfolio Manager for Infrastructure and Natural Resources across Latin America & Caribbean, Senior Adviser to the Vice President, and Senior Investment Officer.

Vanessa Dezem is Bloomberg’s Brazil Bureau Chief, overseeing three bureaus and a team of more than 30 journalists.
