Gala Díaz Langou has a Master's in Public Policy and Development Management (University of San Martín and Georgetown University) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies (Torcuato Di Tella University). She completed postgraduate studies in International Integration, Development, and Public Policy (FLACSO Argentina).

Temel Oktem is Regional Industry Manager for Infrastructure & Natural Resources at IFC, covering Brazil, the Southern Cone, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. He oversees IFC’s industry strategy and engagement across infrastructure and resource sectors in these countries. He has held multiple senior-level roles at IFC, including Portfolio Manager for Infrastructure and Natural Resources across Latin America & Caribbean, Senior Adviser to the Vice President, and Senior Investment Officer.

Vanessa Dezem is Bloomberg’s Brazil Bureau Chief, overseeing three bureaus and a team of more than 30 journalists. With 15 years of experience in business and financial journalism, she has reported from Germany, Latin America, and Spain, covering major global economic and corporate stories. Vanessa holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Journalism, as well as a Master’s in Digital Journalism. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, German, and English, she leverages her global perspective and multilingual expertise to lead the newsroom with insight and impact.

Josué Christiano Gomes da Silva is the President of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo — FIESP and the First Vice President of the Center of Industries of the State of São Paulo — CIESP for the 2022–2025 term. He is also the president of Coteminas, a leader in the bed and bath segment, with industrial units in several countries across the Americas. He is active in various industry organizations, serving as a Member of the Board of the Institute for Studies on Industrial Development — IEDI, where he served as president from 2005 to 2009.

Landon Loomis is the President of Boeing Latin America & Caribbean and Vice President for Global Policy, roles he assumed in July 2022 and August 2020, respectively. He also serves as Managing Director for Boeing Brazil. Loomis leads company strategy and partnerships across 33 countries in the region and coordinates non-U.S. government affairs to support international sales. He joined Boeing in September 2019 as senior director for Trade and Alliances on the Embraer Partnership team.

Juan Darío Cassinelli is an executive with over 35 years of corporate experience, including more than 25 years in the entertainment industry, specifically in cinema exhibition. Since 2000, he is part of the Cinemark Argentina / Hoyts General Cinema de Argentina S.A. team, a subsidiary of Cinemark Holdings Inc. (USA). Currently he holds the title of Chief Finance Officer.

Fernando Napoli is Senior Director Finance South Cone (CFO) at Visa, leading FP&A processes and reporting, and responsible for the creation and execution of regional operating plans, forecasts, and multi-year projections. In this role, he acts as Finance Business Partner for all local functions – Sales, Product, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing – while also supporting regional finance areas such as controllership, tax, billing, and collections across the South Cone region. 

Rosa María is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Grupo Mariposa, a leading multinational in the food and beverage industry, where she drives the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda and oversees Strategic Communications and Institutional Relations at a corporate level. With a background in Psychology from the Rafael Landívar University and the Complutense University of Madrid, she holds a Master’s Degrees in strategic management and international Compliance (Universidad del Valle) and in Business Analytics and Data Management (INCAE Business School).
