She has ample experience in different industries, developing regional and global solutions in the treasury field, for both local and multinational companies. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ursula spent more than 35 years career included different positions at Citibank del Perú, in segments as Multinationals, Financial Institutions, and Global Treasury Solutions.

Claudio Zuchovicki holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). He completed a postgraduate program in Capital Markets under the UBA/IAMC agreement, and pursued further specialization in Futures and Options at the Chicago Board of Trade, Agricultural Futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and Alternative Energies in San Diego, California, United States.

Tracy Francis is a senior partner at McKinsey’s São Paulo office and managing partner for Latin America. Previously, she served as chief marketing officer and global ESG leader. With over two decades of consulting experience, she works with leading companies in the region across the consumer, retail, and healthcare industries. She is a frequent speaker at global events and co-author of research on sustainable and inclusive growth, among other topics. She formerly led the Consumer Goods Practice and the Healthcare Practice in Latin America.

Larissa Wachholz is a business executive and institutional relations professional with over fifteen years of experience in infrastructure, energy, and agribusiness. She is a partner at Vallya Participações. She lived in Beijing from 2008 to 2013, and served as special advisor to the Minister of Agriculture of Brazil between 2019 and 2021, where she established the China Program. She obtained her master's degree in contemporary Chinese studies from Renmin University of China, with experiences at the London School of Economics and Peking University.

Thorne was a managing director at J. P. Morgan Chase and a senior economist at the World Bank. He also held the position of General Director of Investment Banking at Banorte-Ixe, one of the largest banks in Mexico in terms of assets. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as minister of economy and finance of Peru.

Marion Díaz is treasury product and referral bank manager for Andean and Southern Cone Region. In this role she is supporting corporate, public sector and NBFI clients delivering a value-add proposition by reviewing treasury challenges and goals, and advising on best practices, business continuity plans, and promoting services to help them to get more efficient processes. Marion has 18 years of experience in banking, and about 10 in telecom in areas of marketing, sales strategy, and product development.

Cristina Junqueira is the co-founder and chief growth officer of NuBank since August 2022. Before founding NuBank in 2013, she worked for several years at Itaú Unibanco S.A. with consumer credit, card products and marketing. She was recently featured in the Financial Times' 25 Most Influential Women for the year of 2024. Cristina holds an Engineering Bachelors degree and a Masters degree from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and also an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

João H. Schmidt is the chief executive officer of Votorantim S.A., a position he has held since 2020. He also serves as chairman of the Board of Auren Energia and Motiva (formerly CCR), as well as board member of Hypera Pharma, Banco BV and 23S Capital.
