He currently serves as interim country manager for AWS Chile and head of technology for AWS's South of Latin America (SOLA) region, where he partners with enterprise leaders to turn technology adoption into tangible business results, helping build Latin America's fastest-growing AWS region.

Paula García-Uriburu is the general manager of Moody’s Local Chile, leading the company’s commercial strategy, regulatory relationships, and overall business operations.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial markets and credit risk, she has extensive expertise in credit ratings, capital markets, and stakeholder engagement.

She currently oversees Moody’s Local’s growth and development in the Chilean market, driving the integration of global best practices with local market knowledge.

Alberto Naudon Dell'Oro has been deputy governor of the Central Bank of Chile since January 8, 2026 and will serve until March 22, 2028.

Prior to his appointment to the Board, and since September 2014, he served as head of the research division of the Central Bank of Chile.

He is a commercial engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where he received the Raúl Iver Award as the top graduate of the class of 2000, and holds a master’s degree and a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, United States.

Alice Martins Gistelinck is a digital banking executive and chief digital officer at Banco BICE, where she leads digital strategy, product development, and digital transformation. She is currently driving the adoption of AI-led software development within the bank’s digital factory and co-leading the technological integration of Banco BICE and Banco Security. A Stanford MBA graduate, Alice brings an international, innovation-driven perspective to building digital solutions that improve customer experience and accelerate business growth.

Marlene Daut teaches courses in anglophone and francophone Caribbean, African American, and French colonial literary and historical studies. Primarily a literary and intellectual historian of the Caribbean, she writes about the history of the Haitian Revolution, literary cultures of the greater Caribbean, and racial politics in global media, especially as appears in film, television, and art.

Andre Van Hoeck is a principal investment officer and the global port and maritime sector lead at the World Bank Group, where he has worked on port projects involving the private sector in Latin-America, Africa, Europe, Middle-East and Asia.

Antonio Corrochano has been an Ag & Trading LATAM managing director since 2016 and is a member of the LATAM leadership team. He oversees Demand Markets, leading market access strategies for Ag & Trading products across Latin America. He also leads the Commercial Excellence LATAM team, focused on process redesign, data management, and technology integration to strengthen customer engagement and commercial capabilities across the region.

José Gregorio Baquero is global CEO of the Food Business Group at CMI (Corporación Multi Inversiones). He has worked with CMI since 2009 first as a consultant, senior advisor, and non-executive member of the Board of Directors. In 2018, he was appointed CEO of CMI Foods and in 2024 he was appointed CEO of CMI Global Foods. He is responsible o leading the growth of CMI Foods in the United States and holds the overall responsibility for the food businesses in all geographies where we operate.

Laura Alfaro Maykall is the chief economist and economic counselor of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She started in this role on June 1, 2025, after taking a leave from Harvard Business School, where she is the Warren Alpert Professor of Business Administration.
