Morgan Doyle, an American citizen, is the general manager of the Southern Cone Regional Country Department (CSC) of the Inter-American Development Bank since October 1st, 2024. Previously, he was the IDB representative in Brazil since March 11, 2020.

As the representative in Brazil, he oversaw the IDB's programming and dialogue with key stakeholders at distinct levels of government, the private sector, and the ecosystem of NGOs and startups, as well as the update of the IDB Group's Country Strategy with the country in 2024.
