Professor Camelia Ilie Cardoza is a leader with more than 30 years of experience in strategy, innovation and financial management in organizations in Europe, Latin America and the United States of America. Before her appointment as president of INCAE Business School, a leading business school in Latin America, she was dean of Strategy and Institutional Affairs, dean of Executive Education and Strategic Innovation, chair of the Leadership Center and full-time professor at INCAE.

In her role, Sally Ng oversees business and legal affairs for multiple business units including NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises’ Spanish-language broadcast and digital businesses in the United States, and Telemundo Studios’ businesses which includes all aspects of its multiplatform activities comprising development, production, and exploitation of its intellectual property and experiences globally. Ng is also the lead advisor for NBCUniversal’s networks and direct-to-consumer products across Latin America, which include Universal+, E!

Zuna Maza is a curator from San Juan, Puerto Rico, right now based in Brooklyn, New York. Her curatorial focus is largely devoted to contemporary practices with a particular interest in installation, multimedia, and material-focused practices. Currently, Maza is assistant curator at El Museo del Barrio in New York. She is co-curator of Candida Alvarez: Circle, Point, Hoop, Alvarez’s first museum survey and her first solo presentation in New York since 1993.

Patricia Prospero is a seasoned senior HR executive with extensive experience across Latin America. Known for building high-performing teams and aligning HR practices with business goals to accelerate growth and innovation. Patricia is the current HR VP for Diageo, Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) since July 2022. In this role, Patricia leads the Human Resources for the region, driving strategic people initiatives and organizational transformation. Patricia is also part of the global Diageo HR Leadership Team.

Roberta Braga is founder and executive director of the Digital Democracy Institute of the Americas (DDIA), a non-partisan nonprofit dedicated to strengthening a healthier Internet for Latinos in the U.S. and Latin America.

Ariel Diaz is the vice president of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for the FedEx Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region, headquartered in Miami, Florida. Mr. Diaz is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry and has worked most of his career on legal and regulatory matters involving the LAC region. In addition to his role in Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Mr. Diaz also has responsibility over Compliance and Government Affairs for the FedEx LAC region.

Renata B. Vasconcellos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in international trade and public policy. She is the head of LATAM government affairs at RELX. She served as executive director at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Americas, where she led U.S.-Brazil and U.S.-Cuba advocacy plans, represented the LATAM team on digital policy issues, and advised on Brazil’s public policy issues related to defense, energy, technology and trade.
