Mauricio Janauskas is a senior partner in McKinsey's Santiago de Chile office and managing partner for Spanish Latin America. He previously served as leader of the Chile office and leader of McKinsey's Transformation Practice for Latin America. He has more than two decades of experience advising leading organizations across industries including energy, agriculture, infrastructure, logistics, consumer goods, and entertainment, supporting transformation, growth, and strategy processes at a regional scale. Mauricio is also one of McKinsey's leading voices on strategy and transformation in the region, actively participating in business forums and high-level discussion panels. Mauricio holds a degree in finance and accounting from Universidad Católica de Uruguay and an MBA from Thunderbird School, USA.
