Alex Carreteiro is regional president Americas and a member of the Executive Team at Heineken. He leads the company’s operations across North and Latin America, one of HEINEKEN’s largest regions.  Before joining HEINEKEN, Alex served as CEO of Brazil & South Cone Foods at PepsiCo, where he was responsible for operations across Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at Nestlé, holding senior leadership roles across Europe and the Americas, including vice president North America and CEO of the Latin Caribbean region. Alex has extensive international experience across beverages and food, with a strong track record in building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth.
