Santiago Martinez is the head of sustainability and decarbonization at Ecopetrol. He holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a law and business master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. For the past five years he has been leading the sustainability and climate change agenda in Ecopetrol. He led similar previous efforts for GIZ as Team Leader of Colombia's OECD accession process, as a Legal Officer for IUCN's Environmental Law Centre and as head of the legal area at the Ministry of the Environment in Colombia.

Tim Christophersen joined Salesforce as VP, Climate Action in May 2022. Within the global Sustainability Team, he is focused on the role of nature-based solutions to climate change. Tim is based in Denmark. 

Helena Pavese holds a BSc in biological sciences, an MPhil in Environment, Society and Development and a diploma in Diplomacy and International Environmental Law. Currently, she holds the position of executive manager for environment at Suzano.

Nicole Schwab has a master’s in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MA in natural sciences from Cambridge University. Formerly, she worked on health sector reform projects in Latin America at the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Bolivia from 2004-06. She is a founding director of the Forum of Young Global Leaders and co-founder and president of the EDGE Certified Foundation, a global scheme certifying organizations for closing the gender gap in the workplace.

Rocío Cárdenas Zubieta cuenta con 29 años de experiencia en el sector energético, específicamente en las áreas de comercialización, planeación estratégica, desarrollo de proyectos y alta dirección. 

Manuel Pliego es Abogado por la Universidad Panamericana, LL.M por la Universidad de Arizona como parte del programa de Derecho Comercial Internacional y Doctorando por la Universidad Panamericana, con especialidad en ética e inteligencia artificial. Como Director de Government Affairs de Microsoft México representa a la empresa ante diversas asociaciones y cámaras y trabaja en regulación y políticas públicas. Se ocupa de una variedadde temas como lo es el gobiernoelectrónico, la justiciadigital, la sostenibilidad, la privacidad, la nube, la IA.

Liana Sucar-Hamel was named head of communications at Airbus Latin America and the Caribbean in 2017 and is responsible for all communications activities that promote and protect the Airbus brand and reputation in the region. She leads an international communications team who support the Company’s commercial aircraft, helicopters and defence and space operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Miami. 

Thiago L. Fernandes is head of social & environment for Latin America at Bank of America (SVP). He is a member of the LatAm Executive Committee (ExCo), the LatAm ESG Committee, the LatAm ESG Risk & Regulatory Steering Group, the LatAm Cross LOB Sustainable Finance Working Group, the Brazil D&I Committee, among other related committees.
