Natalie Unterstell is president of the Talanoa Institute, a think tank dedicated to climate change policies in Brazil. She was director of sustainable development of the Presidency of the Republic. She is a member of the accreditation panel of the Green Climate Fund, the largest fund dedicated to climate finance in the world. She holds a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV).

Soledad Jeria has been the country manager of Chile for Rio Tinto since 2020. Her key responsibilities are managing the Joint Venture with Minera Escondida positioning and generating alliances between Rio Tinto and other copper mining companies, like Codelco with the Rio de Cobre agreement. She has a solid track record of over 18 years in the mining industry, holding positions in finance, business development, projects, and operations in leading companies like Antofagasta Minerals, Teck, and SQM.

Elizabeth Frawley Bagley

Elizabeth Frawley Bagley has worked in diplomacy and the law for over four decades. Her diplomatic experience includes service as senior advisor to Secretaries of State John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and Madeleine Albright. She has also served as special representative to the United Nations General Assembly, special representative for global partnerships, and United States ambassador to Portugal. Bagley served as a board member of SBI., a cellular communications company in Show Low, AZ.
