With extensive knowledge in cross-border trade and electronic payments acquired through over 15 years of experience within the financial world, Wagner Ruiz is a co-founder and Board Member of EBANX. As a global financial expert, Wagner was EBANX's chief financial officer for more than nine years since the company's foundation in 2012 and designed all of EBANX's cross-border payments infrastructure, acting behind the financial architecture linking EBANX to the world.

Alvaro Cardenas currently serves as president for Diageo Latin America & Carribean (LAC). A Colombian citizen, Alvaro has been with Diageo for over fifteen years and during that time he has held roles in general management and finance, across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. 

Across the LAC region, Alvaro holds responsibility over the markets and teams that manage Diageo’s leading portfolio of premier brands, including Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, Smirnoff, Tanqueray, and Baileys, in addition to local spirits like Ypioca cachaca.

Francisco de Blanco is founder and senior managing partner of a leading advisory company for sustainable fuels and feedstocks projects in LatAm. He has more than 15 years of experience in project development and project financing for global companies. He holds a Master’s degree in corporate finance & investment banking from FIA-SP and bachelor’s degree in business administration from PUCRS.
