Residing in Chile, Lucas Grieve leads the transactional services sales to multinational corporations and local companies in Southern Cone countries covering Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Accountable for growing strategic client relationships and diversifying product set across treasury, liquidity management, foreign exchange, working capital and trade financing. Mr. Grieve has 19 years of experience in the banking industry and joined Bank of America in July 2018 as Treasury Sales Officer. 

With over 20 years of banking experience, Jean Paul "JP" Antelo's responsibilities include leading a transactional services product team across Latin America responsible for the structuring and provision of working capital, trade & supply chain finance solutions to financial institutions, corporations and public sector entities and managing a material asset portfolio through E2E product investment, development and market commercialization of trade/SCF products, including loans, payables finance, receivables finance, core trade, and export agency finance in Latin America

Shannon Kellogg is a vice president of public policy at Amazon, leading the company's public policy efforts for Amazon Web Services (AWS) across the Americas. In this role, he oversees policy priorities and strategies for AWS, managing public policy and government affairs professionals in the U.S. (at both federal and state/local levels), Canada, Mexico, and throughout Central and South America.

Martha Viotti Beck has been responsible for the Ministry of Finance's coverage for Bloomberg since 2019. Former reporter and coordinator of Economics of the newspaper O Globo in Brasilia. She holds a journalism degree from the University of Brasilia.

Eduardo Mendonça Sodré Martins is a lawyer specialized in environmental law and has more than 10 years of experience. He was a member of the Environmental Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) between 2011 and 2018. He is currently a university professor at the Catholic University of Salvador, where he taught the discipline of environmental and urban law as well as human and environmental rights.

Paula Arregui, como senior VP & COO de Mercado Pago, dirige la estrategia de desarrollo de la empresa para toda América Latina. Desde su posición, lidera los desafíos de wallet, soluciones de cobro para vendedores y cuentas digitales. Después de su incorporación a Mercado Libre en el año 2000, ha ocupado varios roles dentro de la compañía. Inicialmente, se desempeñó como controller para Argentina, Uruguay y Estados Unidos.

Gabriela Catri works as Moody's local rating manager for Argentina and Uruguay. She leads the analytical team and is responsible for the portfolio of both countries. She has more than 15 years of experience working in risk rating agencies, where she developed as a credit analyst with a focus on the corporate sector and investment projects. Gabriela has a degree in Business Economics from the Torcuato Di Tella University and a master's degree in Finance from the CEMA University.

Mariano Tannenbaum, 49, is the chief financial officer of Arcos Dorados. He joined Arcos Dorados in 2008 and has held several positions at the corporate level, with his last position being Senior Director of Corporate Finance. Previously, Mr. Tannenbaum had a long international career in Europe and the United States. He worked for the IFG Group in Switzerland, for Tyco International in Switzerland and Princeton, New Jersey and for Sabre Holdings in London.
