Sarah Hammer is Managing Director of the Stevens Center for Innovation in Finance and Senior Director of the Harris Alternative Investments Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In these roles, she focuses her efforts on private capital investments and financial technology. Ms. Hammer also leads the Cypher Blockchain Accelerator at the Wharton School, and she leads an Initiative on Diversity & Inclusion. Ms.

Samantha Hoffman is a Senior Analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s International Cyber Policy Centre, and independent consultant.

Her work explores the domestic and global implications of the Chinese Communist Party’s “autonomic” approach to state security. It offers new ways of thinking about how to understand and respond to China’s pursuit of artificial intelligence and big data-enabled capabilities to augment political and social control.

Ineke Geesink is an executive with a career spanning more than 20 years at Microsoft. Last year, she took up the position of country manager for Costa Rica. In this position, she oversees the impact of the business within the country and manages Microsoft's national plan. Likewise, she is the director of Canals, Medium and Small Enterprises of Central America and a member of the board of directors of the Costa Rican-North American Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica (AmCham). In addition, Geesink is a member of the Board of Directors of YoEmprendedor and CAMTIC in Costa Rica.

Michelle Aybar is the managing director of Girls in Tech, a non-profit organization that she founded in the Dominican Republic to help increase female representation in the field of technology.

Jessica L. Bedoya is the chief of staff and chief strategy officer at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Bedoya is the primary advisor to the president on matters of institutional strategy and investment policy, while leading the bank’s operations. She has extensive leadership experience in international affairs and policymaking, as well as a track-record of successfully coordinating with the private sector across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Alejandra Alpízar Cordero is a manufacturing and supply chain professional at Intel Corporation with over 18 years of experience in multinational companies and more than 10 years in management positions. Cordero has practical experience as a senior leader in manufacturing, new products introductions, start ups, cost control, production planning and control, sales and operations plans, logistics, distribution, transportation, and customer service.

Miriam Manrique became general manager of Uber Central America in January 2020. Since then, she has worked toward one of Uber's main objectives: creating opportunities through movement. In addition, Manrique has continuously abided by the app's commitment to security and diversification of its services. As part of her leadership, she has also worked on different strategies so that collaborators and partners can generate additional revenue during the COVID-19 crisis.

Exequiel Bunge is the CEO and Co-Founder of growPack, where he creates novel biomaterials that are sustainable across their whole life cycle. Bunge combines his creative drive with his love for science, technology, and the environment. Bunge and his Co-Founder Sean Tenorio are in the process of setting up a demo plant in São Paulo for their packaging product that uses corn husk as the main raw material. which they describe as similar to cardboard, but with greater functionality.

Fernando Reimers is the Ford Foundation Professor of the Practice of International Education and the director of the Global Education Innovation Initiative and of the International Education Policy Master’s Program at Harvard University. An expert in the field of global education, his research and teaching focus on understanding how to educate children and youth so they can thrive in the 21st century. Reimers is a member of UNESCO’s high level commission on the Futures of Education.
