Jaclyn Cahan is the Chief of Cyber and Emergent Issues, FINCEN, U.S. Treasury Department

Ms. Cahan served as Counsel for the Foreign Affairs Committee where she managed the sanctions and illicit finance portfolio.

Driss Temsamani is Managing Director and a member of Citigroup Treasury & Trade Solutions Latin America Executive Committee responsible for Digital Platforms.

As Head of Digital Driss is responsible for a full range of banking platforms for cash management, liquidity investment services, working capital solutions, commercial cards and trade to enable multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations to operate in the most connected and efficient manner across 22 countries in Latin America.

Pedro Castillo Terrones was inaugurated as president of Peru on July 28, 2021. Previously he was a primary school teacher, rural patrolman, union leader, and politician.

As a teacher and president of the committee of the regional bases of the Unified Union of Education Workers of Peru, he became known nationally for being the main leader in the 2017 teacher strike.

Rafael Ugaz is the executive director of ProInversión, which promotes private investment in the country through different mechanisms such as public-private partnerships, asset projects, and tax works. As a private investment promotion agency, it oversees the projects of national relevance assigned to it, or those it receives on behalf of the three levels of government.

Pedro Francke Ballvé was appointed minister of economy and finance on July 30, 2021. Francke has a recognized track record as an economist, researcher, and expert on poverty, social policy, and health issues. In public management he has served as general manager of EsSalud between August 2011 and April 2012. He was also chairman of the board of directors of the Metropolitan System of Solidarity (SISOL) of the Municipality of Lima between January and August 2011.

Jorge Luis Chávez Cresta has a doctorate in government and public policy and a master’s degree in business administration. He is a civil engineer, a collegiate lawyer, and a retired general office of the Peruvian army. He previously was the Peruvian minister of defense and a vice president of the directing committee of INARAG Group of the Americas. He was also head at Indeci, coordinator of the National Emergencies Operation Center, and general director of policy at the Ministry of Defense.

Oscar Maúrtua de Romaña graduated from the Pontificia Catholic University of Peru with a bachelor’s in humanities and a law degree from the Major National University of San Marcos, as well as a degree in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. He receive the National Prize for Culture in 1968. Maúrtua de Romaña has postgraduate degrees from the Universities of Oxford, Johns Hopkins, and the Inter-American Juridical Committee of the OAS Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic (1980–1985).

Rodrigo Jiménez Castellanos is group head of public affairs communications and sustainability for EMEA & Latin America at American Tower Corporation. He joined American Tower in 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in public and corporate affairs, in different industries such as mining, financial services, and consumer products. Prior to joining American Tower, Castellanos served as vice president of corporate affairs for South America at Barrick Gold Corporation.
