Nicolás Kaplun is the chief business officer in Latin America + at Globant, overseeing all aspects of the Latin America operation and certain portfolios in the United States, including business development strategy, team building and management, and overall client relationship. He also collaborates in global strategic initiatives.

Eduardo della Maggiora is a Chilean engineer, triathlete, and entrepreneur.

 Mr. della Maggiora is the founder and CEO of Betterfly, a leading technology company in the insurtech space, which became the first social unicorn in Latin America in 2022. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, YPO member and Board Member of Teletón, a nonprofit organization in Chile working with children with developmental disabilities and their families. 

Brynne McNulty Rojas is the co-founder and CEO of Habi and currently the only female founder and CEO of a Latin American unicorn. Before co-founding Habi, she served as vice president of Global Strategy at Selina and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., having started her career in real estate investing at Goldman Sachs.

Brynne received an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where she was named a George F. Baker Scholar. She received a B.S. from the Wharton School with a dual concentration in real estate and finance.

Adolfo Babatz is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Clip. Before Clip, Mr. Babatz held different positions at PayPal, where he was responsible for leading the team that opened PayPal in Mexico and then became customer engagement and new product development manager for PayPal Latin America.

Before that, Mr. Babatz was part of the founding team of The Carlyle Group Mexico, where he worked as an analyst. Before Carlyle, he worked as an advisor to the executive vice president of Grupo Desc, one of Mexico’s largest industrial conglomerates.

Alejandro Anderlic is a corporate diplomat, the husband of Belén and father of Tomás and Clara, a former law practitioner, a workout enthusiast, and a student of singing and piano. He joined Salesforce in 2019 and currently leads government affairs for Latin America, where he brings together the company’s stakeholders to ignite trust, equality, innovation, and customer success towards a more sustainable region with working opportunities and dignity for everyone. In 2018, he was a deputy co-chair of b20’s task force on employment and education.

Eric Loeb is responsible for leading Salesforce’s government relations, public policy, and public affairs efforts. The global team he supports is the face of Salesforce with policymakers, policy influencers, diplomats, and civil society.

Andrew H. Martin is the president of the LatAm Cluster within Pfizer’s Emerging Markets Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for: Pfizer’s efforts to deliver innovative medicines to patients, partnering with key stakeholders to improve health equity, and creating sustainable change in healthcare access and care in the region.

Darren Ware is vice president of Government Engagement for Mastercard, Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, he engages with local and national public sector leaders to support governments on their digital transformation efforts, financial inclusion and modernization of public finance management. He has worked across Latin America and the Caribbean for 20+ years, always in technology with a focus on national digital agendas, Smart Cities, digital inclusion, and Public Sector digitization.

Brian Burlingame leads a firm of more than 300 professionals in six offices across four countries that provides strategic communications and public affairs counsel to large multinationals and global brands throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. His expertise in marketing communications strategy and international business has been developed over a 25-year career living and working throughout the region.

Juan Pablo Mata, a Guatemalan, is the CEO of Grupo Mariposa where he's responsible for leading the sustainable growth of the Group.

Juan Pablo holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a bachelor of arts and science with a major in finance and economics at Babson College, and an executive education degree at Harvard Business School.
