Miguel Ángel González was elected on February 8, 2022 as the new president of the Ecuadorian Business Committee (CEE) for the period 2022-2023. González, who is also president of the Ecuadorian Federation of Chambers of Commerce and the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce, is a 42-year-old businessman from Guayaquil who started in the business world in the mass consumption sector, in the commercial area and in the food and beverage distribution business. He then got into business consulting and as part of this process he co-founded an international firm and an undergraduate business school. For several years, he has led the family business, for more than 25 years, specializing in the hardware and industrial sector, doing business with Asia and Europe and marketing nationwide.
