Gonzalo Gebara is the Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Chile. He joined the company in 2000, as a member of the Finance, Strategy, and Commercial teams. Karim Mitre

Karim Mitre is the lead of the Administration and Human Management & Development division of the Banco de Crédito del Perú. He holds a BSc. (Econ.) in international relations and a Master's degree with a specialization in Latin American politics and development from the London School of Economics in England. He joined Banco de Crédito in July 1997, assuming responsibilities in the Capital Markets Division. Since 2005, he has worked in the field of human development as the Planning and Development Area Manager for HR at BCP.

With more than 20 years of experience as director of multinational companies in Costa Rica, Brazil, Chile and Ecuador; He has an MBA from ESADE in Spain and from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile, which he has complemented with management studies at Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University and the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Xavier Vera Grunauer is a civil engineer from the Santiago de Guayaquil Catholic University, and obtained a master's degree in Engineering, specializing in geotechnics, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has a doctorate in Geotechnical Engineering and Seismology from the University of California, Berkeley (United States).

He has more than 21 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering, specializing in geotechnics and seismic engineering in mining, hydrocarbon, road and building projects.
