Gastón Irigoyen is co-founder and CEO of Pomelo, a fintech that has developed a new financial services infrastructure in Latin America. Pomelo allows any fintech, crypto, or digital transformation sector company (banking, retail, agriculture, education, etc.) to offer banking products and card issuance to its customers. He was previously CEO of Naranja X, CBO of Restorando (acquired by TripAdvisor), CEO of Guidecentral (acquired from wikiHow), and one of Google's first contributors in Latin America.

Prior to joining a16z, Gabriel was part of the pricing strategy team at Oscar Health, where he was responsible for pricing Oscar's products across the United States. He also led negotiations for Oscar's ancillary insurance offerings when partnering with other healthcare insurance companies. Before Oscar Health, Gabriel was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in the technology group, where he earned the launching leaders scholarship.
