Alejandro Hoyos Guerrero is a senior transport specialist in the World Bank's Transport and ICT Global Practice. He supports urban transport projects mainly in the Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Hoyos Guerrero is passionate about how to maximize the sustainability and impact of transport projects from various perspectives. He received an LL.M. and a BA in economics from Carlos III University of Madrid complemented by a MA in international business administration funded by ICEX.

Paula Estévez

Paula Estévez asumió como Gerenta General de la Cámara Chilena Norteamericana de Comercio, AmCham Chile en diciembre del 2019. Mario Marcel 

Mario Marcel is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile and M. Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, UK. In 2015 he became Board Member of the Central Bank of Chile. In 2016 he was appointed President of that institution, a position he held until the end of January 2022.

Diego Pardow 

Prior to his appointment as Minister of Energy he served as Head of the Monitoring Unit of the Presidency of the Government of President Gabriel Boric Font. Previously, Pardow was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He was executive president of the Espacio Público study center between October 2019 and June 2021. His main area of research is the Economic Analysis of Law, especially in matters of institutional design, judicial reasoning, and economic and energy regulation.

En 2006, se unió a CRE (Energy Regulation Commission) como Analista para el acceso a terminales de GNL, antes de convertirse en 2009, Gerente de Proyectos en Alpiq Francia para la construcción de una planta de energía CCGT en Bayet.

Nicolás Grau 

Minister Grau holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. and M.Sc. in economics from the Universidad de Chile. Until February 2022, he was a professor of economics at the Universidad de Chile and adjunct researcher at the Centro de Conflicto y Cohesión Social (COES). He was also president of the university’s Student Federation (FECH) in 2006.
