Ileana Musa is the managing director of the head of International Banking and Lending, Morgan Stanley. In this role, she leads the segment and strategy that focuses on delivering cash management and lending solutions to Morgan Stanley’s international clients across multiple channels including International Wealth Management, E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley at Work. Most recently, she was the co-head of International Wealth Management leading the business and international advisors across Latin American, Europe and Asia.

Romina Seltzer is senior vice president and head of Products and Innovation at Visa Latin America and the Caribbean, where she drives Visa’s portfolio of Core Products, Digital Platforms, Processing, and Innovation Centers in the region. With more than 20 years of knowledge in payments, Romina manages and leads Visa’s products and innovation strategy across the region. 

Romina is an experienced Visa leader who joined the company in 2001, and until recently headed Visa Latin America’s Strategy team. 

Antonio H. Pinheiro Silveira is the vice president of Private Sector, at CAF-Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr Silveira holds a PhD in Economics which he obtained from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He formerly held positions as the deputy chief of Economic Advice of the Ministry of Planning, secretary of economic monitoring of the Ministry of Finance and Minister of the Secretariat of Ports to the Government of Brazil.

Antonio Peña, co-chair of the Latin America Practice and shareholder at Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office, leads the firm’s international associate program and has broad experience in the United States, Latin America, and Spain, representing strategic investors and private equity funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, SPAC deals, and other corporate matters.

Rosana Padilla serves as president, Latin America for Kenvue. In this role, Rosana leads operations across Latin America for a portfolio that spans OTC/Self Care, Skin Health/Beauty, Oral Care, Baby Care and Woman’s Health with iconic brands like Tylenol®, Neutrogena®, Listerine® and Johnson’s®. 

Anabel Pérez is a Latina entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry who is revolutionizing how payments are sent and received across the globe. In 2007, she co-founded NovoPayment and has since grown it to be one of the leading Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform providers on the market. 

Luis Abinader is a Dominican economist, businessman, and politician who has served as President of the Dominican Republic since August 16, 2020. Abinader has combined his experience in the private sector with public service. Before entering politics, he played a key role in the development of the tourism and infrastructure sectors through Grupo Abicor, a family-owned company that has driven significant projects in the country.

A former Canadian diplomat, Colin Robertson is Senior Advisor and Fellow at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute and hosts its regular Global Exchange podcast.  He is an Executive Fellow at the University of Calgary's School of Public Policy and a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
