Nicolle Feria Pino is a senior, digital native strategist who has spent the past 12 years at the Estee Lauder Companies. During her tenure at ELC, Nicolle has driven the acceleration of the portfolio of brands in established and emerging markets across online channels including DTC.com, Retailer.com and emerging platforms such as Mercado Libre and Whatsapp. Nicolle is also a proud founding member of Estee Lauder Companie’s Inclusive Beauty advisory board as well as the Hispanic ERG. She lives in South Salem, NY with her husband and young daughter.

Jorge Fernando Quiroga Ramírez is the former President of Bolivia, having been previously elected Vice President in 1997, the youngest person to have ever held the office. Mr. Quiroga has also been Bolivian Minister of Finance and Under-Secretary of Public Investment and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Planning. Born in Cochabamba in 1960, he received his bachelors degree in industrial engineering summa cum laude from Texas A&M University and MBA from St. Edward’s University.

Sebas developed his entire career as an entrepreneur in the world of technology, founded two companies in Mexico: Zeb Studios and Yaxi, which he sold to Cabify. His last experience was at Cabify where he worked for the last 3 years as CTO at the headquarters in Spain.

He leads the People & Organization, and Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practices for Spanish-speaking South America (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, and Central America). He also heads the Consumer practice in the Southern Cone.
