Nelly Cetera is the JAA alumni coordinator. She was one of the co-founders and first president of the JA Argentina Alumni network and currently works at the Fundraising and Partnerships Area of JA Americas. She has recently graduated her bachelor's studies in International Affairs at the Torcuato DiTella University. She is passionate about youth networks focused on creating positive community impact, being a member of platforms such as the Global Shapers community.

Mariana Lisbôa is a lawyer, the global head of corporate affairs at Suzano S/A, president of the Bahia Association of Forest Based Companies (ABAF), and director of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Trade at the Federation of Industries of São Paulo (FIESP). She is a law graduate with extensive experience in the environmental area and more than 20 years of professional experience—with more than half of these dedicated to the forestry sector.

Thiago Barral

Thiago Barral has been the secretary of planning and energy transition of the Ministry of Mines and Energy since February 2023. A career employee of the Energy Research Company company, he joined EPE in 2007 as an analyst and held positions such as president, superintendent of generation projects and director of economic-energetic and environmental studies. As president of EPE, he sat on the Electric Sector Monitoring Committee and on the National Energy Policy Council.

Natalie Unterstell is president of the Talanoa Institute, a think tank dedicated to climate change policies in Brazil. She was director of sustainable development of the Presidency of the Republic. She is a member of the accreditation panel of the Green Climate Fund, the largest fund dedicated to climate finance in the world. She holds a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV).

Soledad Jeria

Soledad Jeria has been the country manager of Chile for Rio Tinto since 2020. Her key responsibilities are managing the Joint Venture with Minera Escondida positioning and generating alliances between Rio Tinto and other copper mining companies, like Codelco with the Rio de Cobre agreement. She has a solid track record of over 18 years in the mining industry, holding positions in finance, business development, projects, and operations in leading companies like Antofagasta Minerals, Teck, and SQM.
