Carlos Sadir is the Governor of the Province of Jujuy. He is a public accountant from the National University of Jujuy (UNJu) and has served as a professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at UNJu. Sadir has held various positions in the provincial government, including Minister of Treasury and Finance. He was elected to the San Salvador Municipal Council and later served as its president. Sadir's gubernatorial campaign succeeded in the 2023 election with almost 50% of the vote.
Rolando Figueroa is the Governor of the Province of Neuquén. He is a public accountant and lawyer from the National University of Comahue. Figueroa has served as mayor of Chos Malal, vice-governor of Neuquén, and National Deputy for the Neuquén Popular Movement (MPN). In 2023, he won the gubernatorial election with support from his Comunidad party and a coalition of opposition parties, ending 60 years of MPN rule in the province.
Martin Fernandez-Romero is an experienced financial professional with expertise in capital markets in Latin America. He has spent over two decades working in the industry, leading teams, and managing businesses in the region. He currently serves as the managing director of the Moody's Local Group, a platform of domestic credit rating agencies operating in local capital markets of Latin America. In his current role, Martin leads the Moody's Local Group as chairman of the Boards of the Moody’s Local agencies, a position he has held since 2023.
Gabriela Catri works as Moody's local rating manager for Argentina and Uruguay. She leads the analytical team and is responsible for the portfolio of both countries. She has more than 15 years of experience working in risk rating agencies, where she developed as a credit analyst with a focus on the corporate sector and investment projects. Gabriela has a degree in Business Economics from the Torcuato Di Tella University and a master's degree in Finance from the CEMA University.
On September 25, 2017, Mr. Gabriel Pablo Blasi joined Telecom as its chief financial officer. Mr. Blasi holds a degree in business administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a graduate degree from the Universidad Austral (IAE), and a graduate degree in finance from the Universidad del CEMA (Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos Argentinos). He started his career in 1981 at American Express and has over 20 years of experience working in banks, including the treasury at Citibank in Argentina and Lloyds Bank plc, among others.
Diana Mondino is the Minister of Foreign Affairs. She is an economist from the National University of Córdoba with a degree in Business Management from IESE Business School. Mondino has experience in risk assessment and market analysis and has served on the boards of companies like Pampa Energía, Banco Supervielle, and Loma Negra. She founded Risk Analysis, later acquired by Standard & Poor’s, where she served as Director for Latin America.
Jorge Macri is the Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires, serving since 2023. He previously held the position of Minister of Government of Buenos Aires and served three terms as mayor of Vicente López. Macri is a member of the Propuesta Republicana party. His tenure in Vicente López focused on education and security initiatives. He won the mayoral election in Buenos Aires with 49.3% of the vote.
