Alejandro Romero is LLYC's Global CEO. He is in charge of the fulfillment of the company’s Strategic Plan, driving LLYC’s CEOs in Europe, the United States and Latin America to achieve the business objectives. He directly leads the Key Clients plan and the Healthcare and Mining global plan accelerators. He is actively involved in our M&A and inorganic growth strategy, as well as in LLYC Venturing, our corporate venture initiative. In addition, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of LLYC SA since 2011, where he was appointed as CEO in 2022.

Ricardo Torres-Pérez is a research fellow and adjunct professor at the Center for Latin American and Latino Studies at American University in Washington DC, where he is now leading a network of emerging Cuban scholars. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Havana and was a professor at the Centro de Estudios de la Economía Cubana (CEEC). He has received fellowships from Harvard University, Columbia University, American University, Paris 3 Sorbonne Nouvelle, and Finland’s Central Bank. He has published several books and articles in international journals.

John McIntire is an early-stage investor and advisor focusing primarily on tech-enabled companies straddling the U.S. and Latin America. As a director working alongside management teams, he has helped to raise over $200 million in venture capital for businesses in the edtech and software sectors.

Ricardo "Ric" Herrero is the executive director of the Cuba Study Group, a membership-based, non-partisan organization that analyzes U.S.-Cuba relations and develops policy options that aim to simultaneously advance U.S. national interests and the wellbeing of the Cuban people.

Adriana Cisneros, CEO of Cisneros, leads a privately-owned enterprise with a rich 95 -year legacy in global business operations. Under her strategic vision, Adriana has led Cisneros into a new era of innovation and diversification through its three divisions: Cisneros Real Estate, Cisneros Interactive and Cisneros Media.

Francisco Barbosa is a lawyer from the Sergio Arboleda University (1999), with a postgraduate specialization in international relations from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University (2000) and in regulation and management of telecommunications and new technologies from the Externado University of Colombia (2007). He obtained a master’s degree in history from the Javeriana University of Colombia (2006) and in Public Law from the Externado University of Colombia (2007). In 2010 he obtained his doctorate degree (PhD) in Public Law from the University of Nantes in France. 

A seasoned financial professional with a distinguished tenure at Morgan Stanley, James Allen has over 28 years of experience in investment banking. A former US Navy Lieutenant, Allen holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from UCLA-Anderson. In his six years in the US Navy, Allen served in surface combatant units across the globe.

Natalia Scaliter is the Managing Director of Google Cloud Multi-Country Organization Sur. She joined Google Cloud Argentina in 2019 and has since played a pivotal role in the company's growth in the region. Before assuming her current position, Scaliter served as the Sales Director for Google Cloud Argentina. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, she has held significant roles at leading companies such as HP, EMC, and Oracle.
