Carlos García is the Senior Vice President of Latin America Commercial Operations and Managing Director of Valero México. He has over 25 years of experience in trade and investment across North America, with 20 years dedicated to the energy sector. Before joining Valero, he held leadership positions at BP México and Frontera Energy. Throughout his career, he has also worked on developing unconventional gas fields in Eagle Ford and designing energy storage solutions.

Licenciado en Economía por la Universidad de Guadalajara. Estudió el Master de Periodismo en El País, en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid en 1994, y una especialización en periodismo económico en la Universidad de Columbia en Nueva York. Ha sido reportero, editor de negocios y director editorial del diario PÚBLICO de Guadalajara, y ha trabajado en los periódicos Siglo 21 y Milenio. Se ha especializado en periodismo económico y en periodismo de investigación, y ha realizado estancias profesionales en Cinco Días de Madrid y San Antonio Express News, de San Antonio, Texas.

Marco Vigato is a Senior Retail Executive with a strong background in Strategy Execution, Procurement and Supply Chain: He leads Mexico and Central America supplier development for Walmart Sourcing, focused on exports and near-shoring opportunities for our Walmart US and International Markets. Prior to joining Walmart in 2018, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, serving global clients in the CPG industry across Mexico and North America. He holds a MBA from Harvard Business School (Class of 2014) and a B.A. and M.Sc.

Sergio Romero es Vicepresidente Regional de Asuntos Regulatorios y Públicos de Sempra desde 2022. Sergio se incorporó a la compañía en 2015 y desde entonces ha ocupado diferentes cargos de alto nivel en Asuntos Regulatorios, Cumplimiento e Industria. Anteriormente, fue Director de Asuntos Corporativos de Aeroméxico entre 2013 y 2015. En el Gobierno de México se desempeñó como Director General de Aviación Civil de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes de 2011 a 2010 y asesor jurídico del Subsecretario de Competitividad de la Secretaría de Economía de 2010 a 2011.

Antes de unirse a JP Morgan, Felipe trabajó durante años durante 13 en Morgan Stanley, donde ocupó varios cargos en el equipo de LATAM tanto en Mexico como en New York , como Jefe de Instituciones Financieras para Latinoamérica y Director de Banca de Inversión para México.
