Marina Rosemberg is managing director—regional head for Latin America and head of Commercial Relationship Management of Moody's Investors Service (MIS). Marina provides leadership and coordination across MIS’s offices in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico and MIS’s activities in Latin America to ensure global and regional strategies are executed successfully in the region. Marina also represents MIS in Latin America with policymakers, media, heads of industry, and other bodies.

General Laura J. Richardson is currently serving as the 32nd commander of United States Southern Command. She is a native of Northglenn, Colorado and a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado. She commissioned into the U.S. Army and trained as an army aviator. She holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University’s Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.

In this role, she leads a team responsible for implementing a unique range of data-driven capabilities and cyber security solutions that help customers make smarter decisions as well as provide safe, secure and frictionless interactions. 

Marcelo Claure is a Bolivian-American technology entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of Claure Group, a multi-billion-dollar global investment firm spanning multiple high growth sectors including telecom, tech, media, real estate, infrastructure, climate & energy transition, fashion, and sports. 

Alvaro Cardenas currently serves as president for Diageo Latin America & Carribean (LAC). A Colombian citizen, Alvaro has been with Diageo for over fifteen years and during that time he has held roles in general management and finance, across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. 

Across the LAC region, Alvaro holds responsibility over the markets and teams that manage Diageo’s leading portfolio of premier brands, including Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, Smirnoff, Tanqueray, and Baileys, in addition to local spirits like Ypioca cachaca.

Francisco de Blanco is founder and senior managing partner of a leading advisory company for sustainable fuels and feedstocks projects in LatAm. He has more than 15 years of experience in project development and project financing for global companies. He holds a Master’s degree in corporate finance & investment banking from FIA-SP and bachelor’s degree in business administration from PUCRS.

Germán Pedro Martínez is an Argentine politician who has been a National Deputy elected by the Frente de Todos in Santa Fe since 2019. A member of the Partido Justicialista, Martínez worked as a legislative aide for Agustín Rossi and Guillermo Carmona from 2005 to his own election to the Chamber of Deputies. Since 2022, he has been president of the Frente de Todos parliamentary bloc.
