With over 10 years of experience in the tech ecosystem, she has developed regulatory positions and advised product teams on Internet Governance and Human Rights, Privacy and Data Protection, AI, Metaverse, digital goods, and payments. At Meta/Facebook, she leads a team that interacts internally with global policy, legal, and product privacy teams and engages externally with Data Protection Authorities across Latin America.

Guillermo Meyer is the vice president of Technology at Globant. He is a consultant and technologist focused on digital transformation strategies, innovation roadmaps, and technology applications with emerging technologies. In his role, he provides leadership to enable digital transformations and drive innovation across clients and their businesses. With over 24 years of IT experience in multiple industries and more than 18 years in enterprise and systems architecture, Guillermo has held roles such as chief architect and chief technologist.

Sergio Díaz-Granados is the Executive President of CAF - Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. He is a lawyer from the Externado University of Colombia with postgraduate studies in Public Management for social development from INAP (Spain) and higher studies in Constitutional Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain). His extensive career includes roles such as Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism of Colombia, Vice Minister of Business Development, and President of the Boards of Directors of Bancoldex and ProColombia.

Federico Sturzenegger is the Minister of Deregulation and State Transformation of Argentina. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Sturzenegger has held various significant roles, including President of the Central Bank of Argentina, National Deputy, Chief Economist at YPF, and Chairman of Banco Ciudad. He has also served as a professor at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and has published extensively on economic policy, finance, and macroeconomics.

Andrés Agustín Silva es el gerente de Finanzas y Nuevos Negocios del Grupo Arcor, responsable de la Tesorería, Mercado de Capitales, Relaciones con Inversores Institucionales y Nuevos Negocios.

Mauricio Consulo is the Head of the Tech Team for Latin America in Amazon Web Services' Worldwide Public Sector Industries division. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Master of Business Administration from the Universidad del CEMA. Consulo has extensive experience in the tech industry. During his last 5 years in AWS, he served as Head of Industry Solutions, Migrations & Customer Success - Public Sector Latam, Canada & Caribbean and Senior Manager, Specialty Sales.

Pilar Manchón is the Senior Director of AI Engineering and Research Strategy at Google. She has over 22 years of experience in the AI industry, having held leadership positions at Roku, Amazon, and Intel. Manchón founded Intelligent Dialogue Systems, later acquired by Standard & Poor’s.

Ignacio “Nacho” Torres is the Governor of Chubut, taking office in December 2023. He has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. In 2015, Torres became the president of the Chubut chapter of Fundación Pensar, a Propuesta Republicana (PRO) think tank. He entered politics in 2019 when he served as a Deputy and then Senator. He won the gubernatorial election in 2023. Torres is focused on policies addressing Patagonian interests, including energy and economic development.
