Margaret Rose Grigsby is a leadership expert, professor at INCAE Business School where she specializes in Leadership Development and in Marketing. Previous to her academic endeavors, she had an international career spanning more than two decades in advertising and marketing global companies, holding C Suite positions in Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. Her interests include intergenerational differences in the workplace, Women’s leadership, Personal Branding and Executive Presence.

Mr. González-Campo is the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Senior Director of Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI). CMI is multinational family-owned corporation of Latin American origin that generates investment, employment, and development in the region. Founded in Guatemala in 1920, it currently employs over 40,000 people in 16 countries. CMI operates through two business units: CMI Foods and CMI Capital.

Mariana Lischner Goldvarg currently serves as the CEO of VRIO (DIRECTV Latin America - SKY Brasil - DGO) since November 2021, brings over 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, working with major regional and international companies. She has held significant roles at IBM, Evertec, and Equifax Inc., showcasing her leadership and expertise in various sectors. At Citigroup, she served as Executive Director in different capacities, contributing to the company's growth in Latin America.

Juan Carlos Paiz is the current President of FUNDESA, a non-profit organization based in Guatemala that looks to boost the nation’s economic growth and development. He is also a member of the organization’s Board. Furthermore, he is the Co-Founder and President of Panifresh, an industrial bakery that employs more than 300 people and exports to more than 20 Latin American countries. Paiz also works as the director of Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves.

Gerardo Martínez is the Managing Director of North Latin America and the Caribbean for Amazon Web Services. He has occupied the role since January of 2024. Previously, at AWS, he served as the Regional Head of North Latin America and the Caribbean (NOLA) from January 2023 to January 2024. Prior to that he was the Head of the Central American, Caribbean, and Andean Region. He worked in this position from December 2017 to January 2023. 

Paul Dyck is the Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Walmart International, where he oversees a global team of regional and subject-matter experts who navigate increasingly complex external policy and regulatory challenges. In this role, he leads the company’s engagement with U.S. and international government leaders, multilateral institutions, and key stakeholders, helping shape Walmart’s global advocacy strategies.

Andrew Biles is the former Chief Executive Officer of Chiquita and a current member of the company’s Executive Board. In the past, he has served as the President of the European Fruit Juice Association, the CEO of the Gerber Emig Group Limited, the European Chief Operating Officer of the Dole Food Company, and the Head of Business Development and International Sales at Springs Industries Incorporated.

Julio Álvarez currently serves as the Chief Country Officer for Guatemala on behalf of Citi. As the CEO, Mr. Alvarez works with Citi’s first-rate cliental to increase corporate and investment banking in the country. He has worked in the private sector at Citi for more than 15 years where he was successfully created partnerships with some of Latin-America’s most important investors. He has done so by creating a broad range of portfolio opportunities, such as Equity and Debt offerings, hedging strategies, and various successful mergers and acquisitions. 

Ricardo Quiñónez Lemus has served as the Mayor of Guatemala City since 2018. He was previously the First Councilor, a post he occupied from 2008 to 2018. He was also elected to be the First Syndic of the Municipality of Guatemala in 2003. Quiñónez is the founder of the Unionist Party, which he remains a leader of. 

Jonathan Menkos currently serves as Guatemala’s Minister of Public Finance. Prior to his current role, Minister Menkos served a member of the Guatemalan Senate. He was also the Vice-Presidential candidate for Thelma Aldana in 2019.
