Vicente Gómez Facio is the ratings manager at Moody’s Local México. In his current role, he manages a team of Lead Analysts and Associate Analysts, overseeing a portfolio of domestic issuers in Mexico and ensuring high-quality ratings and research. Prior to this position, Vicente was an Associate Analyst at Moody's, where he contributed to the analysis of various financial institutions. He holds a degree in Economics and has developed expertise in the Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management industries.

Emilio Romano has been Mexico country executive and chairman of the Board of Bank of America in Mexico since 2014. Mr. Romano oversees BofA’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking activities, Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities businesses, as well as the domestic bank and broker- dealer subsidiaries of BAC. He is President of the Mexican Banking Association (ABM) for the 2025-2027 period.

Cristiane Kisil Spercel is a associate managing director in Moody’s Global Public Project, & Infrastructure Finance Group, where she manages the analytical team for Latin America. She also spearheads the rating agency coverage of sub-sovereign credits throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. In her role, Cristiane serves as a rating chair across various sectors, including toll-roads, energy and water utilities, natural gas pipelines, airports, PPPs, as well as regional local governments.

Salma Jalifeh has decades of experience as an information and communications technology consultant in Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Her experience in the public and academic sectors mas made her a leading advocate for digital transformation. She has held high-profile positions, including Undersecretary of Communications of the federal government, Commissioner of Cofetel, and among others. Jalife founded Centro México Digital in 2021, focused on people and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
