On September 25, 2017, Mr. Gabriel Pablo Blasi joined Telecom as its chief financial officer. Mr. Blasi holds a degree in business administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a graduate degree from the Universidad Austral (IAE), and a graduate degree in finance from the Universidad del CEMA (Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos Argentinos). He started his career in 1981 at American Express and has over 20 years of experience working in banks, including the treasury at Citibank in Argentina and Lloyds Bank plc, among others.

Diana Mondino

Diana Mondino is the Minister of Foreign Affairs. She is an economist from the National University of Córdoba with a degree in Business Management from IESE Business School. Mondino has experience in risk assessment and market analysis and has served on the boards of companies like Pampa Energía, Banco Supervielle, and Loma Negra. She founded Risk Analysis, later acquired by Standard & Poor’s, where she served as Director for Latin America.

Jorge Macri is the Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires, serving since 2023. He previously held the position of Minister of Government of Buenos Aires and served three terms as mayor of Vicente López. Macri is a member of the Propuesta Republicana party. His tenure in Vicente López focused on education and security initiatives. He won the mayoral election in Buenos Aires with 49.3% of the vote.

Guillermo Francos is the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers. He is a politician and lawyer with a degree from Universidad del Salvador. He has held various roles in the public and private sectors, including serving as a lawyer in the Ministry of Justice (1974 – 1978), National Deputy (1997 – 2000), president of Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, and president of Banco Provincia. He has also served as director of Visa Argentina, Corporación América, and Wilobank.
