Marcos Lima is the head of Sustainable Finance at Banco BV, with 13 years of professional experience 6 years in the automotive industry and 7 years in the financial sector. He holds a degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from UMSP, an MBA in Data Science from FIA Business School, and an Executive MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from USP. Recognized as a “Rising Star Under 30” by Environmental Finance in 2024, he leads innovative projects and sustainable solutions at the bank, becoming a national reference in sustainable finance. In May 2025, he received the “Rising Star” award from Finance for the Future, solidifying his international prominence in the sector. Additionally, he is among the youngest corporate board members in Brazil, invited by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
