Luis Fernando Mejía is the executive director of Fedesarrollo, the Colombian think tank. He was the deputy minister and minister of planning of Colombia from 2014 to 2018. During his tenure, the Ministry of Planning led the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals agenda, designed and published long-term policies on green growth and air quality in cities, and provided technical support and coordination for the government during Colombia’s successful accession process to the OECD.

Ambassador Martha Bárcena Coqui is the former Mexican ambassador to the United States, a position she held from December 2018 to February 2021.

Fernando Ruiz Gómez is a doctor with a master's degree in Economics from the Javeriana University. He also has a master's degree in Public Health / Occupational Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, in Boston, and a doctor in Public Health, from the National Institute of Public Health of Mexico. In his professional career, the position he held as Vice Minister of Public Health during the period 2013-2016 stands out.

Ambassador Lisa Kenna is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, class of Minister Counselor.  She served most recently as the Executive Secretary of the Department of State.  Prior to that, Ambassador Kenna held positions as the Executive Assistant to the Secretary of State, a Political Adviser in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Director for Iraq at the National Security Council.  She also served as chief of the Political Section at the U.S.

Carlos Fernando Chamorro Barrios is a Nicaraguan independent investigative journalist. He is the founder and editor of Confidencial, a news website and weekly publication combining investigative journalism and analyses of current affairs.

He also hosts two television news shows, Tonight and This Week. Chamorro is the youngest son of former president of Nicaragua Violeta Barrios de Chamorro and Pedro Joaquín Chamorro Cardenal, a Nicaraguan journalist and editor of La Prensa.

Wanda Weigert is chief brand officer at Globant, where she supervises all global corporate communications, manages the relationships with the press worldwide, internal and external communications strategies, crisis communications, and marketing. She is in charge of Globant’s Stay Relevant department, tasked with enhancing the company’s relations with its clients through thought-provoking guidance on surfing the digital and cognitive revolutions. Within this area, she supervises research, marketing activities, analyst relations, and content production.
