Carolina Klint was appointed risk management leader for Europe in October 2020. She oversees Marsh’s Risk Management teams in the region and leads the development of strategic solutions that support and enable Marsh’s largest clients to navigate the global risk landscape. Carolina is a member of the Marsh Europe Executive Committee and serves as the official Marsh McLennan spokesperson for the Word Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report.

General Laura J. Richardson is a native of Northglenn, Colorado and a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado. She was commissioned into the U.S. Army and trained as an army aviator. She holds a master of science in national resource strategy from the National Defense University’s Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.

An experienced creative marketer with a 14-year career in the digital sector, Marta Alonso has earned national and international recognition for her innovative and multicultural digital marketing strategies. Some of her past clients include: HP, Unilever, eBay, Uber, L’Oréal Americas, Royal Caribbean, FC Barcelona, and Freixenet, among others. Alonso served as a guest speaker at business seminars and industry congresses such as 4YFN at Mobile World Congress and authored the book "We Instagram," published in 2015.

Adolfo Corujo defines himself as passionate about the virtualization of everything that takes place in companies starting from their incorporation. He is an expert in managing online reputations and, in his 20 years of professional career, he has collaborated on the design and implementation of projects both in the construction and defense sectors and on promoting the digital identity of different multinationals in Spain and Latin America. 

Raquel Peña is a Dominican academic, businesswoman, and politician who has served as Vice President of the Dominican Republic since August 16, 2020. With a background in business administration and academia, Peña was previously a professor and administrator at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where she played a key role in institutional management and development. Before entering politics, she was also involved in the private sector, particularly in the tobacco and education industries.

Julio Guzmán is a Peruvian politician, leader and founder of the Partido Morado (The Purple Party), a centrist-political national party. He ran for President in the 2016 Elections, climbing to second place with more than 20% of the voting intention.

Previously, Julio was a Partner at Deloitte Peru. He served as Vice Minister of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and as Secretary General at the Office of the Prime Minister. In that role, he was President of the Council of Vice Ministers, responsible for the coordination of multi-sectorial policies.
