Roberto Sánchez Palomino is a public management professional, with a decade of experience in the field of intergovernmental management in policies, programs, and projects of regional, provincial, and central governments including PCM, MINSA, CONCYTEC, UNDP, EU, Contravalores Funds, governments and local governments, and universities.

Rafael Ugaz is the executive director of ProInversión, which promotes private investment in the country through different mechanisms such as public-private partnerships, asset projects, and tax works. As a private investment promotion agency, it oversees the projects of national relevance assigned to it, or those it receives on behalf of the three levels of government.

Pedro Francke Ballvé was appointed minister of economy and finance on July 30, 2021. Francke has a recognized track record as an economist, researcher, and expert on poverty, social policy, and health issues. In public management he has served as general manager of EsSalud between August 2011 and April 2012. He was also chairman of the board of directors of the Metropolitan System of Solidarity (SISOL) of the Municipality of Lima between January and August 2011.

Jorge Luis Chávez Cresta has a doctorate in government and public policy and a master’s degree in business administration. He is a civil engineer, a collegiate lawyer, and a retired general office of the Peruvian army. He previously was the Peruvian minister of defense and a vice president of the directing committee of INARAG Group of the Americas. He was also head at Indeci, coordinator of the National Emergencies Operation Center, and general director of policy at the Ministry of Defense.

Oscar Maúrtua de Romaña graduated from the Pontificia Catholic University of Peru with a bachelor’s in humanities and a law degree from the Major National University of San Marcos, as well as a degree in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. He receive the National Prize for Culture in 1968. Maúrtua de Romaña has postgraduate degrees from the Universities of Oxford, Johns Hopkins, and the Inter-American Juridical Committee of the OAS Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic (1980–1985).

Rodrigo Jiménez Castellanos is group head of public affairs communications and sustainability for EMEA & Latin America at American Tower Corporation. He joined American Tower in 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in public and corporate affairs, in different industries such as mining, financial services, and consumer products. Prior to joining American Tower, Castellanos served as vice president of corporate affairs for South America at Barrick Gold Corporation.

James Attwood is a senior commodities reporter with Bloomberg News, focusing on mining, metals, and agriculture in the Americas. Based out of Santiago, Chile, Attwood has led several reporting teams in his 14 years with Bloomberg. He previously covered Asian metal markets with Dow Jones Newswires from his native Australia and was managing editor for Business News Americas.

Lourdes Melgar is a research affiliate at MIT's Center for Collective Intelligence and a non-resident Fellow at the Center of Energy Studies of the Baker Institute. She is also non-Executive director of listed companies and holds positions in the advisory board of the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI), the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI), Phius, and Voz Experta (@Vozexperta), an organization that promotes the empowerment of women energy experts. She is the former president of the Mexican Chapter of the International Women´s Forum.

Julie Cerqueria most recently served as the Executive Director of the U.S. Climate Alliance, a bipartisan coalition of governors working together to advance the most ambitious state climate agenda in our nation's history. As its inaugural director, Ms. Cerqueira played an integral role in building the coalition from the ground up and provided the tools, resources and technical expertise to help two dozen governors deliver on their climate and clean energy priorities. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Advisor to the Special Envoy for Climate Change at the U.S.

Alejandro Daniel Lew has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at YPF since June 2020.

He has worked in the energy industry for several years, occupying different positions of financial responsibility in leading renewable markets companies. He previously served as CEO at 360 Energy Group and as CFO at Genneia.
