Ambassador Ana Cecilia Gervasi is Peru’s minister of foreign affairs. Her previous positions include: vice minister of foreign affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; vice minister of foreign trade at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism; director general for economic affairs, director general of economic promotion and director of investment promotion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; consul general of Peru in Toronto (Canada); consul general of Peru in Washington, D.C.

She also serves on the bank’s Executive Committee and is a member of the bank’s Board of Directors. Morato has been working for the J. Safra Group since 1994.

Venkat Gopalan is an accomplished executive serving as the Chief Digital, Data & Technology Officer at Belcorp. With an impressive track record spanning over 25 years, he has led global technology organizations, driving exponential growth and overseeing large-scale digital transformations. 

Ignacio González joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay in 2009. Posted to Brussels, Belgium, from 2012 to 2017, he has worked at the political and international cooperation department at the Uruguayan Mission to the European Union. 

Returning to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uruguay from 2017 to 2019, he worked at the Directorate General for Political Affairs and later at the Minister of Foreign Affair’s Cabinet.

Nicolás Luna Céspedes, is the Corporate Operational Excellence Engineering Executive Director for Belcorp. Is specialist in e-Business from the ESAN Perú Business School with more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology.

Nicolle Feria Pino is a senior, digital native strategist who has spent the past 12 years at the Estee Lauder Companies. During her tenure at ELC, Nicolle has driven the acceleration of the portfolio of brands in established and emerging markets across online channels including DTC.com, Retailer.com and emerging platforms such as Mercado Libre and Whatsapp. Nicolle is also a proud founding member of Estee Lauder Companie’s Inclusive Beauty advisory board as well as the Hispanic ERG. She lives in South Salem, NY with her husband and young daughter.

Samantha (Sam) Saperstein leads the Women on the Move Center of Excellence at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, Sam manages programs designed to fuel female ambition and ensure women have equal access and opportunity. She collaborates with teams across the firm and external partners to drive initiatives that support women entrepreneurs, educate female consumers and empower female employees.
