He currently serves as the corporate affairs leader for Kenvue, formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where he is responsible for the company’s Government Affairs, Communications and Social Impact initiatives in Latin America. 

Madelka McCalla is AES' chief corporate affairs and impact officer. Prior to this position, Madelka served as vice president of Global Stakeholder Relations and Social Impact, and in various Stakeholder Relation roles in Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and Africa. She first joined AES as AES' Africa corporate social responsibility director (2010–2013) in Cameroon and Nigeria.

Alejandra Pavon leads CMPC USA as its managing director, leveraging her background in industrial engineering from the University of Chile and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, GA.
