Gabriel Torres-Brown is an experienced Corporate Affairs leader that has worked extensively across different geographies and industries. Madelka McCalla is AES' chief corporate affairs and impact officer. Prior to this position, Madelka served as vice president of Global Stakeholder Relations and Social Impact, and in various Stakeholder Relation roles in Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and Africa. She first joined AES as AES' Africa corporate social responsibility director (2010–2013) in Cameroon and Nigeria.

Alejandra Pavon leads CMPC USA as its managing director, leveraging her background in industrial engineering from the University of Chile and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, GA. With a decade at CMPC, Alejandra has successfully led various departments, including finance, supply chain, and operations, now focusing on the company's initiatives in the U.S.

Margaret Rose Grigsby is a leadership expert, professor at INCAE Business School where she specializes in Leadership Development and in Marketing.
