Minister Elmer Schialer is a diplomat with more than 35 years of service to Peru. He has a degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru, a master’s degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), and has completed postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering at the National University of Engineering.
