
Silvia Cuba Castillo
Silvia Cuba Castillo is a sociologist from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, specializing in environment and development, with a master’s in Administration and Social Management. She also completed doctoral studies in Environment and Sustainable Development. She was a fellow at the Korea International Cooperation Agency (Koica), where she obtained a specialization in investment and green infrastructure.
She has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, environmental management, environmental impact assessment, and social management of infrastructure and extractive projects in various government entities, including the General Directorate of Environmental Affairs at the Ministry of Transport and Communications; the National Rural Sanitation Program at the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation; the Project and Works Management at SEDAPAL; and the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, as well as in private sector organizations. Since 2015, she has worked at Senace, holding various positions related to her expertise.
