In its second year hosted by COA, the gala ceremony will honor leaders from Delta, Aeromexico, CEMEX, OECD, Cencosud, and Related Group on November 3 in Miami.

COA reaffirms its support for updating and modernizing the almost 24-year-old agreement to meet the demands of the twenty-first century.

Stronger engagement with the island has advanced U.S. national interests and values, created opportunities for American companies, and supported the Cuban people.
