AS/COA’s Eric Farnsworth weighs in on U.S. policy towards Colombia as the Trump administration threatens to slash funding for the country’s peace process.

"It's very clear [President Maduro] is putting money behind his priorities, but those don't necessarily include the population of the country" says AS/COA’s Eric Farnsworth.
