"Peru is a great destination for foreign investment," said AS/COA's Susan Segal at the 2011 Latin American Cities conference in Lima.

AS/COA's 2011 Latin American Cities conference in Lima will feature opening remarks by Peruvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Rafael Roncagliolo, and a closing speech by Peruvian President Ollanta Humala.

"The delay in passing this [trade agreement with Colombia] called into question the United States’ reliability as a partner," says COA's Eric Farnsworth.
