A new study by AS/COA, Welcoming America, and USC's CSII finds that several U.S. cities are seeking ways to better integrate new immigrants in order to revitalize their economies.

Despite heated rethoric at the national level, some U.S. cities are embracing immigrants by developing programs and services, according to a new report by AS/COA, Welcoming America, and USC's CSII.

“There's no lack of excitement from U.S. firms, but they realize that this is going to be a longer process," explains AS/COA’s Alana Tummino.

“President Obama freed up a lot restrictions on doing business with Cuba and now it’s on the Cubans to show their willingness to work in various sectors,” comments AS/COA's Alana Tummino.
