Guillermo Zubillaga, head of AS/COA's Venezuela Working Group, spoke to Yahoo Finance on Venezuela's oil and the domestic situation in the country. Zubillaga explains why he thinks it will be hard for countries to buy Venezuelan oil. "The market has already been understanding that Venezuela's oil production has declined rapidly. We are going to see in the coming weeks really what these sanctions and what these pressures from the U.S. and other countries can bring to the table," says Zubillaga.
