Companies that are more diverse have 20 percent more revenue related to innovation, said José Fornell according to studies conducted by BCG. The expert participated in a distinguished panel at the 6th Annual AS/COA Women's Hemispheric Network Forum in Miami that made the business case for changing the culture of diversity and inclusion in companies. Topics included maternity leave policies, asking for promotions, and the effectiveness of quotas.
