He is a leader in BCG’s People & Organization and Transformation practices, as well as the firm's behavior and culture topic. With over 30 years of experience as a senior advisor, he has widespread experience leading large scale transformation programs and cultivating high performing cultures to bring holistic, sustainable performance to organizations.

H.E. Epsy Campbell Barr is the vice president of Costa Rica, the first Afro-descendant woman to hold this position in the Americas. In her role as vice president, Campbell heads the Northern Zone Development Program, which promotes human development in the Huetar Norte region of Costa Rica. She also directs the National Plan for Women’s Economic Empowerment and Leadership, whose goal is to reduce gender gaps and create better opportunities for women. Previously, she served for two terms in congress and as minister of foreign relations.

Hiran Gonçalves was born in the city of Tefé, in the state of Amazonas and graduated with a degree in medicine from the Federal University of Amazonas. He moved to Roraima in 1982, where he developed his career. For over 25 years he worked as a coroner at the Instituto Médico Legal (IML) of Roraima, while also working as an ophthalmologist, becoming a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Jihan Zoghbi is CEO and founder Dr. TIS, president of ABCIS and CIO Ameplan Saúde. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2002), master's in computer science from USP (2011) and PhD in computer science from USP (2016). She has over 20 years of experience in the field of computer science applied on health field, with an emphasis on computer graphics and medical image processing.

Shirley Meschke Mendes Franklin de Oliveira joined Pfizer in 2006 and holds the position of director of legal division for Brazil and legal lead in South Latin America. She also performed other roles in Pfizer, as compliance officer, global product counsel of rare disease (Tafamidis) and Latin America cluster legal lead for Pfizer Innovative business.

José Cechin is executive superintendent of the Institute for Supplementary Health Studies (IESS). He was minister of social security in the Fernando Henrique Cardoso administration and executive director of the National Supplementary Health Federation (FenaSaúde). He is an electronic engineer from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), has a master's degree in electrical engineering and economics from Unicamp, and a master's degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.
