Saboto Scofield Caesar is the minister of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, rural transformation, industry and labour for the government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. A lawyer by profession, Caesar was born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and is a community activist, advocate, and politician. He is a devout Christian and a family-oriented man. Caesar holds a master of law degree (specialization in banking and finance law) from the University of London, a bachelor of law degree from the University of the West Indies, and a legal education certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School.

His wide-ranging professional experience was garnered from his time as a community worker, teacher, lawyer, government senator and minister. Saboto Caesar has served as junior minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; minister of housing, lands and survey, physical planning, informal human settlement and local government; and minister of tourism and industry.
