Council of the Americas will host its second forum on the topic in Costa Rica with sessions on the region's economic outlook, automation, and talent.
Overview
After the success of our first forum in 2025, Council of the Americas will return to San José, Costa Rica, one of Latin America's leading hubs for shared services centers.
The private, by-invitation-only program, will bring together heads of Shared Services Centers and senior finance executives for a day of dialogue centering on the regional economic outlook and the priorities shaping the sector, including process automation and talent retention strategies.
