Sebastián Murillo is director of operational excellence at Intel with over 22 years of experience driving quality, process improvement, business process automation, and Artificial Intelligence applications within Shared Services organizations.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering and an MBA in finance and is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Business Process Management (BPM). Sebastián is an active contributor to the shared services community, participating in conferences, publications, and volunteer initiatives aimed at strengthening productivity and competitiveness across the region.
