In 2018, only 20 percent of jobs in technology were held by women. How can we bridge the gap? What inclusion policies are being implemented successfully? With increased uncertainty during the pandemic, how can professional women stay on track and continue to advance their careers? Join the Women's Hemispheric Network as we host a conversation on building a resilient career in STEM fields. The Mexico-based panelists will share advice on how to build confidence and set ambitious goals, even in uncertain times. The conversation will be in Spanish.
