On November 30, around 6.3 million Hondurans will vote in a single-round contest to elect their next president. The vote will also decide 128 congressional seats, 20 seats in the Central American Parliament (Parlacen) and close to 300 mayoral positions. The contest will take place amid lingering doubts about the integrity of the electoral system.
