One of the foremost collections of its kind in the United Sates, the Sayles Day Collection surveyed the most important developments in Latin American Modernism. This exhibition featured a selection of paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, and sculptures from the collection recasting the image of Latin American modernism.

An outstanding selection of 59 oil paintings and 15 drawings, supplemented with books written and illustrated by the Uruguayan artist, Pedro Figari, was exhibited at Americas Society.
